2009 National Conference Testimonials
After years of belonging to two other medical associations, one geared toward much larger practices, and one that seems to serve smaller or starting practices, it is refreshing to be a part of a new organization where you can have a say in the educational journey that is followed, and which provided a conference of education that truly met the needs of the practice manager/administrator of a mid-sized practice, as it is run by managers/administrators who live it every day! I anxiously await POMAA’s continued growth and next years conference.

It was the best conference I have ever attended; and, I have attended many!

The first annual POMAA conference exceeded my expectations! While networking with other managers and building new friendships was awesome – the best thing I left with was a renewed spirit and vigor for my position as a Practice Administrator! The speakers were informative, entertaining and left me feeling that I can make a positive impact not only with staff and patients, but on my self as well! I can’t wait for next year’s conference!

I admit I was leery about exhibiting at a first conference, but you blew away any doubts I had. This was one of the top 5 conferences I've attended in any industry over my 15 years in this business. Kudos to all of you for what you've achieved.

What a GREAT CONFERENCE!! I highly recommend all medical office managers to join this group of outstanding professional women in healthcare. There was sharin...g and networking with office managers and the vendors. POMAA is a very well organized group thanks to the efforts of their executive director, Desiree Baylin.
